Leaders, from NLC and TUC had a meeting, with Tinubu, where they mentioned that the President has made commitments.


The labor union representatives left the Presidential Villa 30 minutes after their arrival, at 5;38 pm.


In the midst of protests Joe Ajaero, the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Festus Osifo, his counterpart from the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) held a meeting, with President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa on Wednesday.


Upon exiting the Villa the labor leaders mentioned that the President had made commitments to address matters. They stated that they would report these developments to their committees and make a decision regarding protests. Additionally they mentioned that a National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting would be held on Thursday to discuss all issues.
