Nora Fatehi expressed her happiness about having the freedom to set her rules. She has gained popularity, in Bollywood due to her dancing skills and stunning appearance. Starting with her debut in the 2014 movie Roar; Tigers of the Sundarbans Nora has established herself as a figure in than a decade. In an interview with Zoom she reflected on her journey far and shared various experiences and advice she encountered along the way—both positive and negative.
Recalling an advice she received during her days, in the industry Nora Fatehi mentioned, "I used to hear things like 'You should date specific people for publicity' or 'You should date this actor or that actor.'. I chose not to pay heed to any of that. I'm incredibly glad I didn't. Now I make my rules. Work on my terms. My success doesn't depend on being associated with someone or clinging onto another hero. It's entirely my achievement and anyone else is an added bonus. That's something I take pride in."
Nora Fatehi also mentioned that she didn't follow this piece of advice. She revealed that she was also advised against participating in reality shows after her appearance, on Bigg Boss 9. "There were things I chose not to listen to. Those decisions have played a role in shaping who I am today. One of them was being told not to do songs. Another one was being discouraged from doing reality shows. I remember there was one person whom I spoke to after the success of Dilbar expressing my desire to explore another market and go international.. The response I received was, 'No just focus on one thing.' I didn't agree with that response so I decided to pursue opportunities, alongside my projects and it has worked out incredibly well for me."
Nora Fatehi further revealed that she was informed that doing reality shows would hinder her chances of becoming an actress. The celebrity also mentioned that she began her journey, as a participant on a reality television program and now holds the role of a judge, on shows. She emphasized that this opportunity is something she deeply appreciates and never fails to acknowledge.
